Abstract
We experienced a case of allergic reaction to formocrezol (FC), which was one of the most common disinfectant in infected root canal treatment. The patient was 40-years old male who had aroused anaphylaxis reaction after a dental treatment 3 hours later. The redness of whole body and blood pressure descent were observed. He was recovered by emergency treatment, and was referred to dermatologist. The close examination revealed the fact that he was allergic to formalin contained in FC.
